During his career at NHOA Energy, Mr. Casalini has cultivated a profound understanding of the energy sector, thanks to his roles in Technical Sales and System Engineering. His experience includes leading the European Technical Sales team, contributing to the successful acquisition of major projects exceeding 1 GWh. Currently, he heads the global Service team, overseeing operations across four regions and managing a diverse project portfolio.

Education

Mr. Casalini holds a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, with a specialization in renewable energy technologies.
