What you'll
learn

You will undergo cross-functional rotations within the Business Development and Technical Sales and Engineering teams. Each rotation offers immersive learning experiences, meaningful exposure to senior leadership, a customized training and development plan, and dedicated mentorship to accelerate your growth as a future leader.

Analyze market trends to identify and develop new business opportunities
Develop and structure technical and commercial proposals for advanced energy storage projects
Perform system sizing, validate designs, and optimize project costs
Contribute to client relationship management, including support in contractual negotiations
Monitor technical progress and support the Engineering team throughout project execution
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing tools and streamlining internal processes
Contribute to contractor scouting and engagement to enable competitive balance of plant quotation

MONTH 1

NHOA Energy academy

Everything about energy storage systems from A to Z

Your journey begins with an intensive month of training in our Milan headquarters. You’ll explore the full landscape of energy storage systems, from sizing and design to pricing, commercial strategy, planning and engineering. This tailored program will equip you with the essential technical and business foundations to hit the ground running.

MONTH 2-19

Cross-Functional Journey

Experience three core functions from the inside

Over the next 18 months, you’ll rotate across Engineering, Business Development and TechSales Departments. You’ll get hands-on experience in real projects, develop cross-functional skills, and build a 360° view of how utility and industrial-scale energy storage systems are originated, designed, delivered, and serviced. This is your chance to explore where your talents truly shine.

MONTH 20-24

Final placement

Specialize and accelerate your career path

In the final 5 months, you’ll work mainly for the department that best fits your aspirations and strengths. You’ll take on greater responsibilities and receive personalized training for your long-term role. Based on company needs, this phase may also include an international assignment: a unique opportunity to grow within our global ecosystem.

FUTURE PROSPECTS

After two years, you will have acquired all the technical and business foundations necessary to join our Engineering, Business Development and TechSales Teams.


It will then be your turn to mentor new young graduates.

What we are looking for

Master of Science in Energy or Electrical Engineering

Graduates in Automation, Mechanical, or Management Engineering will be considered; experience in renewables, BESS, or grid-related academic projects will be positively evaluated

An outstanding final mark

Extra-curricular experiences are a plus

Up to one year work experience

Full proficiency in English

Any additional language is a plus

Milan

Valid Italian work permit

What we are looking for
