Designed as a 2-year development journey, the program offers graduates the opportunity to grow in an innovative and fast-evolving environment while contributing to real energy storage projects supporting a more sustainable future.
Through cross-functional rotations in Engineering, Business Development, and Tech Sales, graduates will gain hands-on experience across key business areas, working alongside experienced professionals and senior leaders. The program combines practical learning, mentorship, and direct project exposure to help graduates develop both technical expertise and a strong professional mindset from day one.
