NHOA Energy once again supports Girls@Polimi, the scholarship program promoted by Politecnico di Milano aimed at encouraging more young female students to pursue engineering studies and helping close the gender gap in STEM disciplines.
Together with a pool of like-minded companies that share the same commitment to inclusion and innovation, NHOA Energy is contributing to one of the 35 three-year scholarships dedicated to female students enrolling in engineering programs where women remain underrepresented.
At NHOA Energy, we believe that investing in female talent means investing in stronger innovation, more diverse perspectives, and better decision-making. Supporting the next generation of engineers is also a concrete step toward building a more resilient and inclusive energy transition.
Applications for Girls@Polimi 2026 are open until 13 March 2026 at 12:00 CET.
