NHOA ESG journey is a natural extension of our mission to enable the global transition towards clean energy and sustainable mobility. Operating from a foundation of responsibility, integrity, quality, and personal ownership, NHOA has been focused on advancing a more sustainable future since its founding.
Our ESG pillars
We conduct a formal materiality analysis to determine which CSR topics matter the most in our business and to ensure we prioritize the issues that have the biggest impact on our stakeholders, communities and environment.
Our comprehensive materiality analysis helps us to identify the economic, social and environmental issues that are most important to our business and stakeholders. Conducting a thorough analysis not only helps to identify issues to be covered in our reporting but also supports decisions on where to focus internal resources.
We know that stakeholder priorities are constantly changing, and that we must evolve to ensure we meet expectations. Our aim is conducting a formal materiality assessment every 2 years, through which we identify and prioritize the issues that matter most to our business and stakeholders.

Sport is an essential tool to learn fundamental life principles and core values: loyalty, team spirit, sacrifice, training, merit, fair play, a taste for challenges, which are 100% in line with NHOA’s culture and identity.
The collaboration between NHOA and the Milanese Tennis Club Lombardo entails a series of initiatives dedicated to encouraging social inclusiveness through sport.
The sponsorship with the Piedmontese Goga Sci Club counts a series of initiatives promoting young talents, inclusiveness, and sustainability, among them:
GOGA NEW TALENTS
Three study grants to athletes, aged between 12 and 16, who will distinguish themselves for their scholastic and sporting commitment. NHOA, in fact, intends to reward not only the competitive result, but also and above all, the commitment and perseverance put both in the academic and sport fields.
SPORT FOR ALL
Aiming at tearing down sport barriers and making ski a truly inclusive sport, NHOA, and Goga Sci Club will organize days on the slopes to allow disabled children to learn skiing with the help of the ski club athletes.
GOGA FIRST CURVES
NHOA, and Goga Sci Club will encourage all children aged 6 to 8, who attend elementary schools in Vigezzo Valley, Piedmont, to practice ski thanks to a series of benefits and discounts.
NHOA supports people and communities to build a better future.
In Italy, since 1995, the Foundation brings moments of joy and playfulness to the hospitalised children, taking care of their “healthy” side, with the special visits of Dottor Sogni, professional artists, commissioned and specifically trained to work in high complexity pediatric wards.

We aim at transforming our mindset towards sustainable living and reducing industrial footprint and general waste, at the source.
In partnership with our travel agency BizAway, since 2021 we have made our business travels more sustainable by offsetting CO2 emissions through automatic donations to the Eden Reforestation Projects, a non-profit organization committed to the fight against poverty and pollution through the cultivation of mangrove trees in large areas of the world devastated by deforestation.
