Work Experience
Fabrizio Ciaccia is VP EMEA at NHOA Energy and joined the company in 2020.
His professional career has been divided between roles related to renewable energies and energy storage. After working in the facility management sector, he held various positions in the development of the Italian solar market from 2007 to 2012, starting from technical roles and evolving into Sales and Business Development.
In 2012, he transitioned to the energy storage sector, serving as Country Manager for BYD in Italy for almost two years, before joining Samsung SDI in Germany as Senior Sales and Key Account Manager for Energy Storage Systems. In this role, he dealt with a wide range of battery-related applications, covering Southern European markets and customers.

Mr. Ciaccia is married to Sara and is the father of three children. He enjoys music and reading and loves traveling the world with his family.

Mr. Ciaccia holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Roma Tre University (2005).

After having operated in the facility management sector, he has worked in various roles in the development of the Italian solar market from 2007 to 2012, starting from technical positions and evolving into Sales and BD areas. Moving to Energy Storage in 2012, he covered the role of Country Manager for BYD in Italy for almost 2 years and then joined Samsung SDI in Germany as Senior Sales and Key Account Manager for Energy Storage systems, dealing with various battery-related applications and covering South European markets and customers.
