Prior to his role at NHOA, he contributed to groundbreaking research at the IBM Almaden Research Center and the University of Cambridge. His work centered on batteries, solar energy, and emerging technologies solidifying his expertise in the renewable and energy storage sector.

In his free time, Mr. Meraldi enjoys ski mountaineering and embarking on new hiking adventures with his wife, Roberta.
Education
Mr. Meraldi holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He also earned a Master’s degree in Nanotechnologies for ICTs through a prestigious joint program across leading European universities, graduating with honors.
