Work Experience

As VP Engineering at NHOA Energy, Mr. Roccuzzo currently leads a team of over 50 engineers responsible for designing, engineering and commissioning cutting-edge energy storage systems globally.

With hands-on experience in high-impact projects, Mr. Roccuzzo played a key role in the design, installation and commissioning of landmark projects such as the microgrid in New Caledonia, capable of operating off-grid and supporting 80% renewable energy, or the game-changing Vehicle-To-Grid electric-mobility pilot project in Italy in partnership with Stellantis and Terna. In Taiwan, Mr. Roccuzzo spearheaded the successful completion and operation of large-scale energy storage systems, totaling over 160 MW/420 MWh.

Known for his ability to foster collaboration and excel in high-pressure environments, Mr. Roccuzzo is committed to driving innovation and growth in the energy storage sector.

In his free time, Mr. Roccuzzo loves travelling, reading, watching TV series and movies with his family.

Education

Mr. Roccuzzo holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino. He is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at the Graduate School of Management, Politecnico di Milano.
