Work Experience
Roberta Romano joined NHOA Energy in 2017 and has since played a pivotal role in its corporate evolution.
After building and leading the Legal and Compliance Department from the ground up and serving as General Counsel, she now heads Corporate and Public Affairs, overseeing global governance, stakeholder engagement, and institutional relations. Before joining NHOA Energy, Mrs. Romano gained solid experience in commercial law at a prominent international law firm based in Milan.
Family & Free Time
Mrs. Romano enjoys training and sports, as well as theatre and the arts. Her passion for movement and creativity traces back to her years as a ballet student.
Education
Mrs. Romano graduated in Law (J.D. equivalent) from Luigi Bocconi University, after an exchange program at the National University of Singapore, and earned an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School. She is also part of the ISPI Future Leaders Program.
