Before joining NHOA, formerly ENGIE Eps, as VP Industrial Operations, Nicola Vaninetti has been an operating partner at Elvi Elettrotecnica Vitali and since 2004 responsible of the most complex R&D projects concerning the development of power converters, digital controllers and renewable energy systems. Responsible of the engineering team in Delebio (SO), Mr. Vaninetti has been in charge of the project management, resource planning, and certification of products. Mr. Vaninetti led and actively participated to the commissioning and launch of several Hybrid Power Systems in Europe, Asia and Africa.
Family & Free Time
Mr. Vaninetti is married to Cristina and enjoys his free time playing with his three children.
Education
Mr. Vaninetti holds a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano (2003).
